"Shop Booming Port Lavaca"
The shops along Main Street says it all about Port Lavaca and its proud citizens. Come here to find a little slice of history in its antique stores and a taste of tropical Americana in its diners. Small town theatrics can be found in the Port Lavaca Main Street Theatre just down from the City Marina.
The Main Street Committee is also responsible for the Fay Bauer Sterling Park, a pocket park which was created by removing the interiors of two buildings and restoring the original facades. On the wall is a tribute to our local heroes who served in Operation Desert Storm.
