Jack was born January 15, 1955 in Refugio, Texas. He has spent most of his time in the surrounding area locating to Port Lavaca, Texas in 1989.
Jack is a graduate of Texas A & M University and a Graduate of St. Mary’s School of Law.
He served Calhoun County as District Attorney from 1990 to 1998. He is the Past-President and member of the Port Lavaca Rotary Club. He serves on the Board of Directors of the YMCA of Port Lavaca and the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce. Jack is a very active member of the Port Lavaca Main Street Committee.
Jack is the Proprietor of the Indianola Trading Company in downtown Port Lavaca.
