City Seeking Proposals From Vendors For Debris Removal

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
CITY OF PORT LAVACA
DISASTER DEBRIS REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL
(HURRICANE HARVEY)
RFP 2017-9.08

The City of Port Lavaca, Texas has been declared a Federal Disaster Area due to Hurricane Harvey. The City is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified vendors to provide Disaster Debris Removal and Disposal services in accordance with applicable local, State, and Federal Emergency Management regulations.
Sealed proposals are due by 4:00 P.M. on Tuesday, September 12, 2017. Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately thereafter.
Sealed proposals may be hand delivered to the City Engineer’s office at City Hall, 202 N. Virginia Street, Port Lavaca, Texas 77979 – OR a color PDF may be emailed to jweaver@portlavaca.org with a hardcopy to follow in the mail. All proposals must be clearly marked on the outside with the following: City of Port Lavaca Disaster Debris Removal and Disposal (Hurricane Harvey) DUE Tuesday, September 12, 2017 4:00 pm.

The City of Port Lavaca reserves the right to refuse any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities or formalities.
